I cannot say enough good things about Southlake Animal Hospital. Vet experiences with any animal I have ever owned have all been traumatic so it’s not really a place I enjoy visiting either. However, our experience here could not be further from those past experiences. While a piece of this is certainly due to my current dogs temperament and training, a huge piece of the low stress visit is due to Dr. Carlson and her staff! We are still fairly new to the practice with only having attended twice but we will remain clients as long as they are open! The staff listen to you, take their time with both humans and the animals, and they work very well together. I can’t say enough good things about deciding to switch to Southlake. From the initial consult to our first appointment. Doctor and staff truly care what’s best for the dogs! I had an emergency trauma for my 14 year old dog while I was out of town. My dad was able to take her in right away to get fixed up even though they were closing soon. Appointment on time and as requested their were no other dogs .Our one Dobe is not good with other dogs and will hurt them. We were surprised when the doctor gave him a thorough exam with us in the room. Really friendly staff and good price. Will most likely transfer our other 2 Dobes here, Thanks Tara.
